Business Strategy Manager
In this role, you will play an important part in helping us build and launch new products/services, iterate to get to product-market fit, build strategic partnerships, design go-to-market strategies and establish key business opportunities. In reality, this role doesn't come with a definition or a checklist of job responsibilities. As Business Strategy Manager, you will be expected to have a whatever-it-takes approach to help the founders on some of the key business areas.
- Assist founders in identifying key business opportunities, develop revenue streams and planning their execution
- Work closely with various teams driving their KPIs
- Manage Investor and advisor relations
- Come up with solutions to key business problems and process improvement
- Research on market size, business opportunities and industries to build depth in day to day communications
- Drive weekly/monthly update meetings with the founders and vertical leads
- Assessing market trends and competitors.
- Work directly with the founders to solve key product problems and develop new revenue channels.
- Planning, implementing and managing proposed recommendations and projects.
- Conduct customer development conversations, carry out market and industry research and iterate on product-value propositions with live customers to arrive at product-market fit.
- Build and establish powerful business and data partnerships that can drive the growth of our products.
- Build a partner ecosystem that can help us in shaping our product roadmap and unlocking growth opportunities.
- Bring together our existing product offerings and design new ones to drive key business metrics for the company.
- Research, model, evaluate, and plan go-to-market strategies.
- Work closely across multiple functions (product, growth, sales, and R&D) to optimize and execute strategic partnerships.
- Develop and build relationships across the data ecosystem to further help us strengthen our business.
- Owns strategic plans and ensures compliance with these strategies.
- Responsible for the development of a decentralized activity planning process and ensuring its adoption across the businesses.
- Collaborates with executives and managers to develop long-range, strategic goals for the organization.
- Identifies and reviews pricing and market trends; analyzes and applies this information in the development of strategies for individual market segments.
