Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, implement and coordinate communication efforts from scratch.
- Create compelling content across entire user interfaces like onboarding, landing pages, community, etc. to improve the overall effectiveness of the product.
- Work with teams to develop messaging for new campaigns, features, and product launches that resonates with the customers and differentiates our product from its competitors.
- Identify the broader vision of the company and translate that vision through written, audio, and video formats a consistent brand voice and tone, and a roadmap for regular content
- Lead the development of SEO-friendly content across all mediums ensuring product value proposition is articulated clearly
- Collaborate with our partners and produce content with them to create awareness about the partners
- Manage and coordinate with internal and external content writers, and graphic designers to develop product-driven content.
- Optimize strategy and content, and make data-driven decisions to improve content performance
- Share analytic reports with the key stakeholders, and optimize based on the findings.
- Work with the team to promote education-based content on our product offering.
Skills required :
- Prior experience in brand and/or content strategy, with a background in an agency or in-house.
- Strong sense of creative storytelling, content writing, user experience, and marketing and possess ideation skills that stretch across various communication media
- Relevant experience in managing content (blog posts, case studies, social media content, and more)
- A clear understanding of how content can be leveraged and grown across various traction channels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have excellent writing and content production skills across all formats.
- Must have excellent communication skills
