Designation : Zonal Field Sales Head
Location : Kolkata
Job Responsibilities :
- Key responsibility of driving sales for the entire region/zone
- Define processes for getting customers / retailers on board
- Define strategy on targeted marketing via online and offline mediums
- Responsible for the P/L of the entire zone
- Build, manage and motivate the team of field sales executives to drive maximum sales
- Managing expectations of various stakeholders - customers, business and operations etc. and increase customer loyalty
Qualifications :
- Post Graduate from a reputed Indian school or equivalent foreign schools only with at least 3 years of experience
- Extensive knowledge of field sales is mandatory. Please do not apply if you have no field sales experience.
- Should have a proven track record of running at least a 15 member sales team spread across West zone with Mumbai as epicenter
- Should be able to get track and motivate field sales team on regular basis
- Entrepreneurial and result-oriented mindset. Hands on with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Highly customer focused in all approaches
- Strong problem solving, Strategy, Prioritization skills with an eye for detail
- A demonstrated enthusiasm for sales and acquiring new customer. Learning and working with new tools and technologies is essential.
- Hiring, managing and training people in the team to take up responsibilities
- Good experience of working under high pressure environment
- Ability to come up with lots of ideas and improvements on existing strategies
- Ability to think deeply through scenarios & offerings
