About the organization :   Well funded Indian eCommerce Startup for B2B eCommerce operating in $300Bn market which will be over $700Bn in 5 years.   Team : Professionals from IITs, IIMs with significant experience in Management Consulting and building Internet businesses   Designation : City Head Bangalore  Location : Bangalore  - To Set Up City Operations for the Company in Bangalore and managing it on a ongoing basis  - Instrumental in building and managing city team  - P&L responsibility of the city  - Business Development with Manufacturers, Wholesalers in the relevant categories etc. to get them on Wholesalebox Platform  - Pricing, business model, commercial Negotiations while on boarding sellers  - Understanding business ecosystem relevant to Wholesalebox in Bangalore and suggest new business models  - Set up operation processes and tie up with logistics service provider  - Measure and monitor key metrics   Qualification for the Job :  - Entrepreneurial and result-oriented mindset. Strong sense of urgency and ownership  - Highly customer focused in all approaches   - Strong problem solving, Strategy, Prioritization skills with an eye for detail  - Prior experience with E commerce companies, startup or apparel category is preferable  - Must be a strong and enthusiastic team player with excellent verbal and written communications skills.  - B.Tech/ MBA from Tier I or Tier II institutes
