Roles and Responsibility : 1. Function as consumer advocate to represent customer's voice in business decisions. 2. Create project timelines for projects under purview. 3. Organize primary research through standard methods or emerging digital methods. 4. Evangelize SEG across projects and departments. 5. Develop MA plans to collaborate with Customer Insights and bring insight for consumer behavior. 6. Handle external vendors to implement consumer research and control costs. 7. Handle projects to ensure they meet time and budget parameters. 8. Handle vendor relationships and database queries for guest perceptions survey. 9. Engage in S&E functions. 10. Compile and implement research schedules to enable business growth. 11. Present insights for client team and client. 12. Prepare Consumer Insights documents focusing on learning at strategic level. 13. Produce ad hoc analysis around consumer behavior with Cultura Tools. 14. Obtain and communicate data to track business performance. Skills and Experience: 1. Substantial experience in a market analysis environment, including experience of international market research and panel methodologies. 2. Experience in digital essential - being able to lead and evolve digital audience research techniques and a deep understanding of audience online behaviours. 3. Demonstrable experience in successfully managing stakeholder relationships at a senior level, especially with editorial, product and sales teams. 4. Experience in senior leadership and proven track record in effective people management. 5. Demonstrable experience of having successfully led, motivated and developed a team of insights professionals Ability to present audience analysis in a compelling way, and in a manner that engages editorial stakeholders. 6. Ability to interpret data and recommend action on a variety of analyses. 7. Keen interest in the internet and other emerging media and for understanding global media developments. 8. A team player, able to play an active part in a management team that creates and implements a shared vision for the future and works together collaboratively and effectively. 9. Effective negotiator. Self-motivated and deadline-driven. Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities effectively in a complex, fast-paced business environment with strict deadlines an appreciation of business processes and a strong understanding of marketing concepts and strategies. 10. Experience in both a commercial and public service research environment is an advantage. 11. Excellent communication skills - both written and oral, comfortable presenting to large groups.
