Program Manager _Byjus

We are seeking a motivated Program Manager in Byjus to oversee and drive processes for the Art, Animation & Video category. You will work with a variety of team members across different verticals to ensure smooth functioning of all activities on the curriculum front from ideation to publishing of lesson plans and functioning of live classes. The key idea is to proactively identify problems, take complete ownership, find solutions, and get them executed.

Our vision is to redefine the way Visual Art is learned and to help children become confident creators. We are building the world's first scalable Visual Arts program (Art, Animation & Video) for children, creating a category like no other. Our vision is to impact 100k+ young creators every year and help them become confident visual creators.

As part of the role, you will be responsible for:

- Managing a team of 2-3 PMO Associates

- Driving a rigorous review process in the form of daily touchpoints/ standups

- Creating project work plans with Associates in line with overall program timelines with day-on-day deadlines & deliverables for different stakeholders

- Coordinating with different stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables in line with project work plans

- Proactively, identify risks to timelines, find mitigation solutions and resolve foreseen bottlenecks

- Organize, modify, and update existing workflows. Set up or fix operational processes which are not functional

- Ensure quality assurance is in place for all curriculum deliverables

Qualifications and Experience:

- Program/project management experience

- Prior experience in ed-tech or startups is a plus but not mandatory

- Strong academic background

- 3-4 years of overall experience

Skill Sets & Competencies:

- Strong communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets

- Strong sense of ownership for work

- Ability to segregate noise from patterns and synthesize insights from data

- Eye for detail to identify root causes for problems & develop
