The incumbent will work on a variety of Business Strategy projects involving the entire lifecycle right from creating hypotheses around existing and new opportunities, validating them, data analysis, business case development and creating blueprints to solve business problems or launching new product/business lines. This is a role that combines big picture thinking with the ability to drive execution by working with senior stakeholders across the group.

Key responsibilities include :

- Ability to take projects from design to development/execution with strong project management capabilities

- Identifying synergy between different business units to drive business (ARPU/LTV) and reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC)

- Ideating and designing projects/initiatives across multiple areas like marketing, product, partnerships, etc

- Creating models/blueprints to address gaps and implementing them with relevant stakeholders

- Identifying new business opportunities and incubating pilots before scaling

- Scanning the market for changing landscape - be it technology, product, competitors

- Identifying potential acquisition opportunities for capabilities not available within the group

- Managing senior stakeholders and working with functional teams across the board

- Collaborating with multiple functions within and outside the organization to facilitate execution of key decisions

Candidate Profile :

- Consulting background with startup experience in designing projects and project management

- Consumer-related background preferred, though not a must

- Ability to influence and lead a cross-functional team from idea to launch

- Analytical mindset, with experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to guide strategy

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment

Desired Skills and Experience:

- MBA from Tier 1 Institutes with minimum 5 years of experience;

- Program Management, Project Management, Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, eLearning
