Manager Performance Marketing- IIT

- You will primarily be working on growing our subscriber base through relevant content, growth, and partnership channels. You will be tasked with analysing consumer needs, current market trends, and identify levels to improve performance from an ROI and brand perspective. You will be responsible for handling analytical thinking to identify strategic growth levers that can really move the needle on growth.

What Will You Do :

- Problem Discovery: Identify and Strategise the next set of big problems that will move the needle. This is going to set the roadmap of the pod and effectively unlock new opportunities for improving the funnel

- Performance Management: Identify issues on Performance Marketing & work with a cross functional team to device ways to circumvent the barrier.

- Drive Initiatives: Liaise with internal team members and also with Product, Analytics, Creatives, etc., to drive solutions, scale-up, and achieve improved ROI on Marketing spend

What Will You Need :

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required - MBA is preferable 2+ years of experience in Strategy & Ops /Management with a consulting background

- Structured problem-solving and analytical skills

- Proven ability to take up high ownership

- Strong bias towards user research to understand their problems and solve

- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
