Job Description:
- Develop and execute plans to acquire and retain customers
- Strategic initiatives to up-sell the services
- Gather inputs from customers and various internal departments, like analytics, operations and marketing, and using this information to establish growth targets
- Optimise the funnel, minimize the drop offs and enhance the sales conversion using various initiatives
Skills Required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong presentation skills.
- Problem-solving skills, to quickly identify and resolve any issues that arise in carrying out growth plan
- Extremely data driven mindset
- First principles thinking
- Must be able to work both autonomously and as part of a growth management team
- Drive projects to successful execution working with cross functional teams
