Role:
- Participate in compensation and benefits surveys
- Conduct annual compensation benchmarking across the organization
- Make recommendation on compensation ranges based on market data
- Drive annual performance e management and compensation review
- Participate in compensation and benefits forum to understand market best practices
- Provide insights on the benefits design and assist with designing the current benefits structure
Must Have:
- Minimum 3 years in compensation benchmarking
- Knowledge of current market best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills ability to manage multiple stakeholders, internal HR teams, Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners
- Ability to manage complex data
- Preferred experience in the Information Technology industry
