Job Description:

- Lead teacher supply growth from current 5000 teachers to 15000 teachers in 1 year

- Explore new and cost effective channels for teacher acquisition - organic & inorganic

- Maximise teacher earnings & teacher performance on platform

- Improve teacher experience / NPS

Skill Required:

- Multi-Dimensional, "Growth Hacker" skill set with a strong sense of ownership for work.

- Strong analytics and operations leadership skills

- Automation experience, funnel optimisation experience

- Performance and results-oriented

- Being relentless in pursuit of growth
