It does live online classes for kids across the globe in subjects like coding, music and maths (... and many more in the offing) . The company is on a path of accelerated growth ever since inception by Karan Bajaj (ex- CEO, Discovery) and has been bringing quality live education to students in several parts of the globe already: India, USA, UK, LatAM, EMEA, ANZ. Introduction to the team :
- Byju Future School is looking to expand its offerings into new formats : mobile, tablet as well as offer one of the first on the world products like : small group learning classes.
- Introduction of these products in the India markets has been met with an exceptional response.
- We are looking to grow the - New formats- team who will take and drive these products internationally. Indeed, some of the country launches are happening as you read this.
Responsibilities :
The leader would be responsible for the key metrics for the category globally (India, USA, LatAM, EMEA, ANZ) . They key metrics being :
- Drive revenue (end to end funnel including marketing, sales, delivery, product)
- Drive entire user experience (NPS, refunds, renewals)
Daily activities :
- Drive timely launch in new countries
- Hand hold the business and bring in all the global learnings during the incubation stage
- Liaise and drive various strategic and tactical interventions with marketing, sales and ops teams to ensure the sustainability, growth and customer experience of the product category.
Requirements :
- 5-8 years experience in a fast paced role, such as driving categories in startups or in premier management consulting or entrepreneurship
- Tier 1 educational qualifications
- Abundance of energy, excitement and curiosity
