Qualification: Engineering/Post Graduate from premium Tier 1 institutes (ISB/IIM/IIT/BITS Pilani/SPJain/JBIMS)
We are looking for a passionate, pedigreed Analytics Leader with hands-on experience of handling data at large scale and driving business intelligence with minimum 5 -10 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and owning data and analytics for the Delivery BU.
- Leading a team of 8-9 analysts and MIS resource for Customer Operations- Driving CSat and NPS through TAT reduction and FTR.
- Providing Deep analytics to drive reduced TAT, First Time Resolution and drive NPS
- Deep understanding of analytics across inbound and outbound communication across variety of customer channels- Calls / Emails / Chat / App- usage behaviour
- Staffing, Scheduling, Capacity Modelling, Utilization and ongoing optimization with respect to Workforce Planning
- Deriving Insights based on Customer Life Cycle across customer journey and consumer behaviours
- Providing Quality Metrics on Accuracy and Performance
Skills Required :
- Data Analytics Visionary.
- Strong in SQL, Python and Excel
- Experience in the field of Data Analysis, Data Visualization.
- Strong in analyzing the Data and creating dashboards.
- Strong in communication, presentation and business intelligence.
- Multi-Dimensional, "Growth Hacker" Skill set with strong sense of ownership for work.
- Aggressive - Take no prisoners- approach.
