Location : Mumbai-Based Only. We-Work Chromium, Powai

Working Days : 6 Days a week, still be available as per the Business need/urgency.

Field : Education Technology. Product is blockbuster and has shown tremendous conversion potential (20%+) allowing significant upside for a passionate, high-energy growth hacker.

Profile :

Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion

- Lead static creative development for all performance marketing campaigns

- Collaborate with performance marketing team to obtain knowledge around requirements and work with team of copy and designers to implement creatives.

- Direct and motivate teams of copywriters & designers.

- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas

- Revise content and creative, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team

- Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future
