We are looking for individuals to be a part of our Product division, with relevant experience in product related to product design and product implementation. The Product team offering is focused on "heart of the design & execution" aspects and is aimed at helping users create a flexible, seamless product experience.

Role: Product Manager

Qualification: B.E/ M.E/ B.Tech / M.Tech. degree in Engineering.

Experience: 3-6 yrs, Minimum 3 years experience in Product.

Responsibilities :

- Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including problem definition, product strategy/roadmap, roadmap execution, customer needs, requirement/use case definition

- Ideate and maintain Consumer product plan with new features, enhancements, and timelines

- Create PRDs, agile stories, wireframes and establish key performance metrics for new feature and initiatives

- Ensure prioritization, timely execution, quality, resolving issues faced during operationalization and ensuring success metrics are met

- Own key metrics, define requirements create and deliver on plans through cross-functional teams with design, tech and analytics

- Consistent engagement with our Consumer customer base to understand their mindsets/habits/perspective/behavior patterns, gauge first-hand feedback and proactively manage any issues

Minimum Qualification :

- 2+ years product management / development experience

- Experience with social, content-driven products, technologies and platforms is strongly desired

- Experience working in startups or successful entrepreneurial adventures highly desired

- Extensive knowledge of online and mobile business models and consumer technology

- Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment

- Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including problem definition, product strategy/roadmap, roadmap execution, customer needs, requirement/use case definition

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow order volume and improve customer experience.

- Apply your analytical capabilities on Data to identify trends and come up with actionable insights.

- Conduct testing (A/B/Multivariate) to understand user preferences and implement the desirable improvements into products.

- Leading product managers and coordinating with engineering, marketing and other teams

- Incorporating feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams on product strategy and finding ways to expand product market reach

- Support Product development with data and help in making product decisions.

- Work closely with engineering team to deliver with quick time- to- market and optimal resource requirements

- Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)

- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule

- Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision

- Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users
