About the role: We at Whitehat Jr are looking for a talented and motivated Associate Creative Director (Copy) to work with the brand and marketing team. The candidate should be full of creative ideas, possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the creative copy team. Role and responsibilities: - Work closely with the brand marketing team and envision the strategy for brand and marketing creatives both short & long term - Create campaigns with persuasive messages that grow awareness, shape perceptions, and influence preference. - Flesh out original, beautiful, and compelling copy for all kinds of marketing collateral - brochures, emails, etc. - Work closely with the ACD (Art) to create compelling collaterals for all marketing assets - Collaborate on the ideation and development of innovative marketing campaigns - Create the tone of voice for key brand campaigns across verticals (print/tv/digital) - Inspire, enable, energize, and manage a group of talented writers - Align day-to-day responsibility to other writers and liaise with Managers - Conduct regular brainstorming sessions with the team to develop innovative and actionable creative solutions to business challenges - Deep insight and understanding of the consumer landscape and making a difference in socializing the world with our product and content to increase engagement and traffic on multiple channels/platforms. - Ensure brand's tone of voice is compelling and consistent across all channels of communication Skills & Qualifications : - Degree in marketing, communications, journalism or other relevant fields. - 6-8 years of related experience with 3+ years of creative copywriting in agency or corporate setting - Ability to write scripts for TVCs and digital short films - Top-notch writing and editing skills, with a super-keen eye for detail - Highly skilled in interpreting all kinds of briefs to craft exciting and coherent narratives - The skills to write creative copy in both long form and short form - Outstanding leadership and organization skills - Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills - A strong portfolio of work Our values : - Our 7 values are the pillars on which the organisation rests.
