About the role: We at Whitehat Jr are looking for a talented and outstanding Associate Creative Director (Art) to work with the brand and marketing team. The candidate should be full of creative ideas, possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the design team. Role and responsibilities : - Work closely with the brand marketing team and envision the strategy for design and creatives both short & long term - Convert creative briefs into compelling designed communication for our target audience - Working closely with the ACD (Copy) to create compelling designed collaterals for all marketing assets - Collaborate on the ideation and development of innovative marketing campaigns - Create key brand campaigns across verticals (print/tv/digital) - Inspire, enable, energize, and manage a group of talented designers - Align day-to-day responsibility to other Designers and liaise with Managers - Good understanding of online and offline production - Ensure visuals, messaging, and interactive elements for a project are aligned with the creative vision and brand guidelines - Prior experience/ knowledge in latest versions of applicable programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Suite, etc. - Conduct brainstorming sessions with the team to develop innovative and actionable creative solutions to business challenges - Deep insight and understanding of the consumer landscape and making a difference in socializing the world with our product and content to increase engagement and traffic on multiple channels/platforms. Skills & Qualifications : - Degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, or other relevant fields. - 6-8 years of related experience with 3+ years of creative direction in agency or corporate setting - Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development - Understanding of design, copy and web practices and latest trends and tools - Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels such as digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline and print - Outstanding leadership and organization skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - A strong portfolio of work
