Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department -
- Responding to queries from employees, and escalating where required
- Resolving employee issues and addressing grievances
- Aligning with HR Operations to ensure correct employee mapping within databases
- Build close relationships with employees to build morale and increase productivity
- Help identify high potential employees and ensure they are retained
- Provide HR policy guidance to employees
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Drive end to end execution of assigned programs
- Accurate Data management
Skillsets and requirements:
- Excellent people management skills
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Experience in a fast paced organization preferably a startup
- Strong sense of ownership for work and proactive approach.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to organize and analyze data.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant post graduate degree (ideally MBA/Masters HR from Tier 1 institutions).
- Minimum 2-4 years work experience in HR
