39k Group is a leading HFT firm involved in crypto, stock and derivatives market making across several exchanges globally. We facilitate $2bn of transactions every month providing liquidity to global markets 24x7 through our cutting edge automated trading systems.

We are looking for entrepreneurs who can manage our day to day business operations, identify and strike synergetic industry partnerships, and lead the firm to deliver meaningful PL impact. Your job will require understanding our business, industry and regulatory landscape within financial services (traditional markets and cryptos) to drive the firm in the right direction. The role will provide full autonomy and you will be reporting directly to top management of the firm.

Qualifications:

- 1-5 years' experience at a bulge bracket investment bank, top-tier consulting firm (MBB), tech/business product management experience at a fintech firm

- MBA from a highly selective institute in India or abroad

- Background in computer science and ability to work proficiently with tech teams

- Willingness to learn python, linux, powerbi, advanced excel etc. to be hands-on with the role
