Lead - Demand Generation
We are looking for a motivated and talented Lead - Growth who would be responsible for driving the growth initiatives at White Panda.
Responsibilities :
- Understanding customer personas, their journeys and White Panda's value propositions in-depth to create go-to-market strategies and drive the complete execution.
- Scaling multi-channel customer acquisition while bringing down the acquisition cost.
- Building and managing a rich editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our own properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
- Growing new marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
- Tracking data and optimizing the lead nurturing workflows to maximize conversion.
- Optimizing marketing automation and lead nurturing processes by integrating all channels.
- Understanding the market and White Panda's product positioning to identify new revenue categories.
- Building strategic synergies and partnerships.
Requirements :
- Strong understanding of funnels and content.
- Conscientious, detail-oriented, and efficient.
- Fast, accurate and the ability to prioritize.
- Strong Business Orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executives and C-level.
- Experience in a very fast-paced digital environment.
