Job Details : - If you are an incredibly intelligent &amp; a highly-motivated individual, excited to build a craft beer business across India, juggle multiple work streams across numerous verticals and hone your leadership skills as you manage &amp; mentor a bunch of junior execution teams, we want to hear from you - As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for activating &amp; driving sales, as well as taking charge of all marketing &amp; brand-building initiatives of our craft beer product across both On-Premise and Off-Premise points of sale across the Delhi-NCR region, beginning with a strong focus on the Delhi market - You will focus relentlessly on creative customer acquisition &amp; relationship building initiatives to fuel the constant growth of our business - You will ensure strong product visibility and other critical activities at all points of sale to continuously maximize brand awareness - You will design trade schemes and supervise execution at various points of sale - You will be responsible for forecasting demand, managing continuous stock flow of all SKUs to all points of sale as well as manage collection of payments, as required - You will monitor competitor activities and propose appropriate competition strategies - You will manage, mentor and motivate your entire team to help achieve the Company's sales, marketing and brand building goals - You will also work hand-in-hand with our senior management team and various internal manufacturing, distribution, marketing and back-end support teams as well as interface directly with our customers and external sales, public relations, and communications teams Core Requirements : - Unique ability to simultaneously be a captain &amp; a soldier, a leader &amp; a resource, a mentor &amp; a team-mate - Work experience of 5-7 years, ideally within the Alcohol Industry in a Marketing or Key Accounts Coverage role - Education at a top-tier university/college - Excellent communication skills and an outgoing and enthusiastic personality - Ability to think creatively and make decisions analytically - Strong work ethic and discipline - Paranoia for organization, timeliness and optimization - Passion for entrepreneurship, marketing and top quality craft beer About : White Owl Brewery White Owl Brewery is a Mumbai-based, Award-Winning Brewery renowned for handcrafting beer using the finest of natural ingredients from around the world.
