Job Description :

Currently, we are seeking an experienced, and self-motivated VP of Investor Relations to join our team. You must have solid, prior experience, in this job category.

Job Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities are:

1. To work alongside the leadership team and develop the Investment Deck, and instill investor confidence and belief in the company's vision and strategy for delivering shareholders value.

2. To develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework.

3. To create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties.

4. To manage investor relationships, and to provide insights on market activity and present them to the team.

5. To analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business.

6. Be responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. At least a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting, and an MBA or FMVA certification is a huge plus.

2. 6 or more years experience dealing with investors and a strong track record of creating positive relations with investors and the Venture Capital community.

3. Deep knowledge and understanding of the capital markets, as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for companies in the industry.

4. Intimately familiar with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors.

5. A strong understanding of macroeconomics, capital markets trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics, and customer trends.

6. You must have solid written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to draft engaging and impactful messages for inspiring investors.
