You will own state P&L, lead the entire state team & drive end-to-end the sales funnel for Woodsmen Whisky
Job Responsibilities
- Manage State P&L
- Planning, strategizing, and meeting the business targets for all brands
- Open all relevant L1/Distributors/Wholesalers & Retail outlets in the state
- Management of key accounts & distributors/logistics partners
- Management of payment reconciliation & collection
- Develop, train, and manage a team of ASM's, TSE's & Sales Executives
- Monthly Planning & coordination with the distillery & logistics partner/distributor for efficient supply chain
- Planning & execution of deployment of POS material, strategy of display drives, promotions, reporting of schemes in coordination with the marketing team
- Analyze industry reports and market trends monthly basis.
- Weekly & Monthly reporting formats for targets, sales, and competitor analysis.
Required Candidate profile
- Alcohol industry experience of 8-10+ years
- Experience in the relevant state of 3+ years
- Self-starter with a drive to help build and establish new brands
- Desire and flexibility to work a young team
- Strong relationships with distributors
- Sound knowledge of modern trade for the right brand-market fit
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
