POSITION: Sr. Manager- P2P

REPORTING TO: Director

PURPOSE:-Leading a team of 40+ people as part of Global Finance Center. Provide leadership in Accounts Payable process standardisation and optimization to drive process efficiencies.

EDUCATION:- Chartered Accountant

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.Proactive management of key process partner relationships, regular communication, proactive issue resolution, market & business awareness, explanation and supporting delivery of change management activities

2.Key member of the Management team, to include responsibility for Invoice processing for both material and services, TnE claims, Payments, Cash forecasting and compliance for multi countries across EMEA region.

3.Coach and motivate the Accounts Payable team to drive the culture of ownership and accountability & optimally deploying Whirlpool human resource performance management tools

4.Manage Balance Sheet Quality and Risk Management program for Accounts Payable and, ensure adherence to existing organisational policies, procedures and standards.

5.Continuously drive environment of USGAAP and Fiscal compliance, financial best practice and a "best in class" approach to internal controls and SOX compliance in the Accounts Payable area.

6.Ensure GFC and market team compliance with internal and external audits deliverables.

7.Assist management team for Accounts Payable US GAAP month end reporting cycle according to agreed deadlines.

8.Define effective and robust SLA and KPIs for the team and publish monthly dashboards and Service

9.Management deck to ensure the adherence of SLA / KPIs around P2P process.

10.Support the development of short, medium and long term strategic plans to assist in delivery of overall organisational strategies and objectives
