Key Responsibilities : - Partner with the appropriate leadership Team members to lead C&B Strategy in alignment with business based on analytics and market intelligence - Conceptualize and lead the annual pay planning cycle including merit grid design, market data finalization etc - Collaborate with Global Compensation & Benefits COE to align India processes with Global Guidelines - Lead Policy benchmarking and design of policies to emphasize the Whirlpool Employer Brand - Workforce Planning and Cost Control : - Lead the workforce planning process for the organization - Create and execute cadence of cost control specific to HC, payroll and other functional costs - Lead the strategy around Recognition programs - Monetary & Non Monetary - Provide guidance and leadership around Executive Compensation for Senior Executives in line with the India market practises - Support in Mobility program recommendation and execution wherever required - HR Metrics and timely reporting of lead and lagging indicators of HR processes - Creating and sustaining a cadence of governance to ensure right documentation is maintained and process is adhered to - Manage Stakeholder awareness & education on Compensation & Benefits - Oversee HR Operations process including below activities : - Payroll & Benefits Management - Compliance & Audit - Employee Life Cycle Management (Joining, Exit, Grievances) - Legal compliances & Statutory requirements - Vendor Management (Payroll, Compliance, Benefits) - Collaborate With Counterparts In Business and Regional Teams To Ensure Priority Of global and local Initiatives And Efficient Resource Allocation - Manage HR systems and Technology Integration as and when required - Effectively manage the team and ensure Coaching / Grooming of team members to be successful Key Enablers : - Focus On Quality & accuracy - Hands on experience in Excel and data analysis - Effectively Manage Stakeholders And Project Timelines - People management skills
