Job Description:
- Candidate Must be front line Manager with stockists handling and sales team (consisting ASM / SO/SR)
- Responsible for Implement Sales Plan, Strategies with a view to increase sustainable market share and profitability.
- Responsible for strengthening and expansion distribution network.
- Responsible for implementing the policies and guideline for smooth functioning.
- Responsible for understanding the competition activities, demand and supply and forecasting.
- Effective & timely implementation of GTM strategy, Robust filed force monitoring system, people management and relationship Management
- Managing complete business cycle in assigned Zone from for business development and customer acquisition to payment collection.
- Responsible for implementing effective sales monitoring system, daily, weekly, monthly target achievement & business review (sales, Coverage and Fill rate)
- Accomplishing regional sales human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts
