Enterprise Sales Head-FMCG We are building the infrastructure to support growth for FMCG brands in India. The infrastructure consists of Wherehouses+ Logistics across India. We are looking for someone who can lead the growth vertical from 0 to 1 and then 1 to 100. Role And Responsibilities : - Maintain a healthy customer pipeline of Enterprises clients across FMCG companies - Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closure. - Hire, lead, grow and develop the sales team of 3-4 people - Employ a consultative sales approach to develop and close new business opportunities - Accurately forecast and maintain a desirable sales pipeline to achieve quarterly targets - Use your experience in need identification & research to formalize a GTM strategy Requirements : - 5+ Experience of working with FMCG brands or leading FMCG Sales - Experience in executing B2B Enterprise sales - 1- 5 years experience in enterprise sales and a good understanding of solutions selling - Experience in managing high growth revenue targets. - Must be aggressive towards driving increased revenue and sales, month on month. - Experience in team management is a huge plus - Strong experience in account management, client relationship roles will help. - Strong business acumen. Having handled PL roles will be a plus.
