Job Responsibilities
- Identify potential dealers & distributors and establish strong business relationships with existing channel partners.
- Develop team of SR & drive business through them to achieve the allotted primary & secondary targets.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
- Implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- New business development from existing and new customers.
- Responsible for the business targets of the assigned territory.
- Maintain a Daily MIS report along with other weekly/monthly reports to track the Business activities.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to achieve specific targets.
- Develop different sale channel like HORECA, General Trade, Modern Retail/Trade, Institutional sales.
Requirements:
- Prior experience of more than 8 yrs. in field sales & marketing.
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies in general trade.
- Prior experience in handling a team of sales executives.
- Candidate should be graduate.
- Excellent verbal communication skill is must.
