Hiring for Regional Head | Gurgaon Based

1. Purpose and impact of the hiring.


a. Grow SAAS business of North India: Rajasthan , Punjab & Haryana to deliver Sales Targets- Existing business & New products launch

b. Leading 3 Direct Reportees: 4-5 GMs , 20-25 TLs & 250 Sales Executive

2. Role clarity

- Metric Ownership- Deliver below metric via team

a. Net Revenue

b. Volume & Units delivery

c. Plan for and Launch new products successfully- Train/ Review/ Groom the team and deliver successful new product launches

- Next 2 yrs roadmap of projects for a new hire.

a. Existing products- Drive & deliver growth on existing business by:

i. Increase Monthly Productivity of team in currently served Customer Segment

ii. Increase business in high thruput customers- By bringing more customers than current coverage

iii. Pitch company products & offerings to Enterprise customers and grow line of business

b. New Product launches- Plan State wise targets & execute all launch/ contest/ competition inputs. Candidate should be comfortable & skilful in multiple launches and growing the business

3. Must Have attributes:

a. Should have done hard core Sales in previous stints

b. Should have worked in East India in previous stints

c. Should have managed span of 200 team members

d. Should be skilled in planning & launching new products to drive business towards growth

e. Basic familiarity with levers of PnL in Sales & team

Good to Have:

i. Software Industry Sales Exp

ii. Enterprise Deal Cracking

- Describe the core experience required for the role.

1. Educational Background: Graduation & MBA from Tier-1/ Tier-2 college

2. Atleast 10 years of work experience

3. Should have done Regional Sales Manager/ Regional Head role in the past or currently

4. Industry- Consumer Goods/ Ecommerce/ Telecom/ Real Estate

- Behavioral & cultural attributes which are required.

a. Comfortable in high growth environment which demands performance

b. Demonstrated ability in the past to launch & scale new products

c. Skilled at executing business strategy via large team span (200 team span)
