WheelsEye is a hyper-growth tech logistics startup. We started in 2017 with the idea to empower the Truck Fleet Owners, and enable them and their business via technology.

We started off as a GPS tracking company and today we have created an entire ecosystem of services aimed at transforming truck logistics in India. We are providing fleet owners with a one-stop platform for all their needs: Fastag, Fuel, Credit, Insurance, Maintenance, Marketplace, and more.

Our constant endeavor is to create and evolve data-driven software solutions that conquer logistic business problems and inspire more thoughtful data-driven decision-making. Key Skills:

- Proficiency in identifying key acquisition channels (e.g., digital marketing, partnerships, referrals) and optimizing them for cost-effectiveness and scalability

- Expertise in creating a seamless onboarding experience, including user registration, profile setup, customer specific payment flow ,user verification processes, and initial usage of the platform.

- Ability to leverage data and analytics to continuously improve acquisition and onboarding processes, reducing friction and drop-off rates.

- Proven track record of implementing and scaling product-led growth strategies that have resulted in increased user acquisition, adoption and engagement growth.

Department Level Skills & Experience:

- The candidate should possess a deep understanding of product strategy, including defining and executing a clear roadmap for the SME user (L.P,H.P) Analytical first principles approach to understanding and solving problems.

- Deep intuition & strong empathy for users and the ability to prioritize features and improvements based on user needs and feedback.

- Experience in building and optimizing marketplace platforms, understanding supply and demand dynamics, and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.

- The ability to lead cross-functional teams, work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other departments to deliver results.

- Excellent communication skills to convey product vision, strategy, and progress to internal teams and stakeholders.

- Experience working in an Agile development environment, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative product development.

Generic Experience & Qualifications:

- Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)

- Experience in collaborating with senior leadership and influencing decision making/project planning at a program level

- Team Handling Experience - Ability to work independently and also nurture a team of APMs to deliver the goals.

- An entrepreneurial mindset with experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments, such as startups or high-growth companies.
