Business Finance Lead - SAAS

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Collaborates closely with other functions, such as sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain, to provide financial insights, drive AoP and support decision-making. Experience of Working in a large sized company with sales / marketing / operation/ retention / tech & product.

- Leading the AoP from the front and continuously identifying the areas where the revenue enhancement or cost optimization exist.

Prior experience of improving operating margin by 15%-25% in a company with more than 500 Cr in SaaS companies.

- Working Capital Management: Managing short-term assets and liabilities to ensure the company's liquidity and operational efficiency. Experience of working on improving the short-term assets such as low inventory holding period, collection outstanding debtors and increasing advance revenue.

- Financial Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks, such as penalties, non fulfillment of orders, warranties, forex fluctuation, interest rate etc.

- Experience Of drafting / reviewing commercial terms and conditions for customer / vendor agreement. - key terms such as lock in, warranties, liabilities under default, recourse availability etc.

- Commercial knowledge of Contracts / agreements. In Depth analysis of the business process and industry.

- Breaking down costs into core vs additional services which can be monetized or eliminated.

Other Common skills required: must have

- CA / MBA finance (Tier 1 college) with 8-10 years of overall experience

- Experience in Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present financial analysis and insights to non-financial stakeholders

- Experience in leading and managing teams to collaborate effectively and achieve financial goals.

- Inter-personal skills to get the desired data on time from the stakeholders.

- Proficient in MS excel, Google sheets and PowerPoint.

- Behavioral & cultural attributes requirement:

- High ownership for his role including time management.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively, especially during budget cycles and reporting periods.
