Profile - Growth Manager (GM)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle team of 30-40 people

- Expected to meet monthly sales targets and dominate the market

- Expected to travel for 15 days within the state but outside the hometown.

- Hire sales officers in potential areas

- Training of newly joined officers and regular training of existing team

- Every act has to be ethical

Suitable candidates will have:

- 3+ years of field sales experience

- At least 1 year of 20+ team management role

- Have to be locally settled in the state

- Agent sales/channel sales experience shall be preferred

- Flexible in traveling within the state for at least 15 days in a month

- Candidates from Insurance, banking, telecom, and FMCG will be preferred
