Flexibility: No Attendance or No Questions Asked Leave Policy - We don't keep track of people coming in or going out, numbers or reasons for leaves, etc. The idea is to let people operate in their most natural selves. 5. Approachability and communication: We are a designation-free organization and a flat hierarchical structure makes everyone accountable and part of the decision-making process. Eligibility & Responsibility : - Managing the business in the defined geography - Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base. - Engage with clients and the team to have continuous feedback and drive the product growth accordingly - Responsible for hiring, managing, and motivating Team and Individual performance. - Responsible for keeping an eye on the activity of the competition and assisting in devising the Sales and Growth Strategy for the zone. Requirement : - Experience: 4-12 years - Exceptionally strong in Relationship management, client engagement & Networking Skills - Willing to work in a highly competitive & Target Driven environment - Should be a superb multitasker, would be involved in Sales, Hiring, Escalation Resolving, product development, and P&L Management. - Candidates with a background in banking sales (CaSa, Loans, Credit Cards, DEMAT accounts), Tyre Sales, FMCG Sales, Real estate, or any other target-driven job would be a good fit for the
