Deputy General Manager - HRD - To manage and drive end to end HR deliverables which includes talent acquisition, training &amp; development, Performance management, Capability development, Leadership development, talent retention &amp; employee engagement. - The role involves handling a team and reports directly to the Vice President - Human Resources. - Candidate must possess 7+ years of experience post a full time Master's degree in Human Resources from tier 1 institutes only Roles &amp; Responsibilities: 1. Develop and oversee the implementation of recruitment policies and procedures to ensure the staffing needs are met. 2. Plan, develop, conduct and evaluate training and development programs for all functions and business units in the organisation. 3. Drive design and implement a robust talent review process, including leadership development and organization capability development. Monitoring existing and emerging skill gaps, discuss plans for Individual Development or plans for acquisition of outside talent 4. Evaluate existing HR processes, by defining problems, measuring current state of process, root cause analysis, developing solutions to improve the process by establishing HRD standards, policy, needs assessment guidelines and evaluation guidelines. 5. Co-ordinate Performance management system [PMS] awareness programme periodically, facilitate Key Result Area [KRA] setting, feedback and career development interventions 6. Maintain employee information system and HR Analysis to ensure timely reporting of the HR MIS and Dashboards to the management which includes Data collection, Data review and presentation. 7. Drive employee engagement initiatives, Work with CFT teams on major focus areas and improve the engagement level of employees. 8. Develop and implement rewards and recognition policies and procedures which ensure that the organisation is able to attract and retain required number of staffs 9. Contribute to the development of HR strategy and develop and monitor budgets for all OD related initiatives 10. Implement HR digitization initiatives like, e-learning, Learning management system, HRSS portals etc. 11. Conduct skill, Competency mapping, assessment, development exercise across the Organisation and execute training and development interventions based on the need and IDP. Key Exposure Required: - Keep up to date with the latest developments in the field of recruitment and selection. - Good knowledge in OD interventions and developing HR initiatives - Good exposure in competency mapping/ assessment and IDP creation - Good exposure to workforce rationalisation /workforce planning/ ideal organisation structure. - Compensation Management, - Conduct Survey / study on the trends in compensation and evaluate / suggest accordingly - Regular update on sharing HR best practices in the industry - Be an excellent communicator
