Role : Manager - Sales & Marketing

Location : Chennai

Job Description :

Candidate must possess Engineering background with 2 to 7 years of experience post a full time Master's degree in Marketing from tier 1 or tier 2 B Schools only

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Improve market share and new business and growth of the market share.

2. Facilitate NPD, Product pricing, improvements & implementation, strategic positioning & technical feasibility.

3. Take appropriate Commercial and techno commercial decisions.

4. Strengthen customer relationship. Track the customer satisfaction indicators for OEM's. Improve customer satisfaction index and ensure the redressal of customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.

5. Provide timely market intelligence.

6. Increase sales, new business, new customer in Exports.

Key Exposure Required :

- Should have handled OEM customers especially in the Passenger car vehicle segment.

- Interaction with JV partners

- Knowledge of Marketing, Product and Pricing.

- Strong sense of Business focus

- Excellent Interpersonal skills

- Be an excellent communicator
