Wheelocity - Business Finance Manager

Job description :

We are looking for financial analysts who can act as the bridge between finance and business - defining, developing and implementing systems, policies and reporting mechanisms to monitor and drive business decisions and performance.

Responsibility :

- Review and analyze historical business trends, understand operational Drivers/Metrics, prepare forecast data, develop financial models, and evaluate business outcomes.

- Continuously monitor financial and business KPI s, highlight trends and analyse causes of variance

- Collaborate with business teams to improve results both in terms of Revenue & Costs

- Build and manage financial models for forecasting, variance analysis and problem solving

- Facilitate regular business review meetings: present key insights and provide recommendations for decision making

- Suggest predictions for future based on current data trends

- Review the Standard costs periodically.

- Support during the AOP activity (Annual Operating Plan)

- Monitor the CAPEX, Operations, Sales/Marketing and other Enabling functions spends.

- On Need basis to work on External Market - deep-dives.

- Supporting any Adhoc queries from Ex-co office

Skills & Experience :

- CA/CMA and MBA-(Finance) from a reputed institute

- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis

- Expertise in working with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching

- Ability to see through the data and analyse it to derive conclusions

- Experience in presenting findings and insights to business leaders

- Attention to Detail

- Experience in Quarterly and Monthly Financial reporting, annual budgeting and forecasting process

- Experience in evaluating expenditure proposals

- Past experience in designing MIS to facilitate business performance reviewing is a must
