Position Overview:

As a Senior Product Analyst at Whatfix, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making processes to enhance our product offerings and optimize user experiences. Leveraging your expertise in data analysis, market trends, and user behavior, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the direction of our product roadmap and contribute to the success of our growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance metrics, user engagement data, and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement.

- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and design teams to prioritize and implement data-driven product improvements.

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key product metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders.

- Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability studies, to gather feedback and validate product hypotheses.

- Utilize statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to uncover patterns and insights from large datasets.

- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and threats.

- Act as a subject matter expert on product analytics best practices, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

- Proven experience (5 years) as a product analyst or similar role in a technology-driven organization.

- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis and manipulation.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.

- Familiarity with digital adoption solutions or SaaS products is preferred but not required.
