Scope of work - Whatfix India and all in-region sites

What will you get to do?

An Individual who loves doing new things as part of the role, and is passionate about unleashing people's potential through learning models. Responsible for creating exceptional experiences of learning for Whatfix employees globally. Likes to deep dive and research human capital and its pedagogy. If you love doing public speaking and facilitation, this role would be perfect for you. Individual will be getting an opportunity to work with all Managers and leadership of all business units across Whatfix sites.

- Competency modeling exercise & developing Career frameworks

- Design Competency-based job descriptions for all unique roles in Whatfix

- Design success profile for each unique role, design KPIs based on stakeholders' discussions and expert panels

- Define the career & job architecture for Whatfix talent and unique roles

- Hold Expert panel discussions, visioning interviews, defining competency clusters & definitions

- Develop a Competency model for the company and design the change management and roll-out plans for the entire company

- Create learning based on identified competency clusters specific to reach roles & channelise the same with the right reach-out strategies.

- LinkedIn Learning & curation from other MOOCs

- Devise and implement strategies to drive adoption and improve overall learning duration on the platform

- Run peer learning sessions to support the transfer of learning

- Share quarterly dashboards with the leadership with recommended strategies & actionsteps to improve usage of online courses

- Run monthly LIL campaigns on identified themes

- Create role-based learning paths to address developmental gaps across teams

- Custom learning interventions for business-specific needs

- Ideate learning solutions based on input received via TNI surveys, managerial feedback, employee pulse and HRBP insights

- Plan and run custom interventions / calendar programs as needed

- Drive personal effectiveness programs for IC-level roles across Whatfix

- Support managerial and leadership development programs

Whatfix Culture Programs

- Work on Whatfix value programs independently

- Host Leadership Talks and chats on Whatfix Values stories and drive WeConnect program

- Compliance and Reporting

- Ensure compliance on mandatory programs like POSH and Whatfix Principles

- Bring new ideas to the learning/gamified approach to mandatory programs

What you should have?

- Listens intently, probes actively and articulates well

- Ideates and comes up with unique solutions to standard problems - to meet the business objectives in a way that works in their context

- Curious and likes to experiment, works well cross-functionally and a happy collaborator
