Head of Marketing : We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty in analytics and systems; likes to tackle difficult data questions, and wants to spread the mission of good data hygiene and importance of being process driven throughout our organization. Responsibilities : - Demand generation campaign operations: enable integrated global Omni-channel demand generation campaigns that create a pipeline that enables predictive demand modelling and anticipatory demand gen. - Define the marketing segmentation, data, operations strategy and tech stack that enables strategic targeting, dynamic demand generation campaigns, performance measurement, price/promotion integration, and integrated reporting across sales and marketing. - Actively strengthen the relationship between Sales and Marketing by being the mainpoint of contact for feedback on processes and leads.&nbsp; - Use automation to solve business problems, collaborate with key stakeholders to identify gaps in current processes/systems, and optimize workflows to increase marketing and sales productivity - Drive segmentation strategy to enable significant acceleration in efficiency pipeline, revenue, and scale operations.&nbsp; - Leverage segmentation to drive pipeline tied to dynamic inventory management and price/promotion mix through targeted demand generation, nurture, journeys. - Develop and implement integrated communication strategy aligned with marketing seasonal initiatives and product stories. - Design and drive innovative consumer experience with an effective marketing mix. Create and implement activation and cevents. - Lead alignment of creative and messaging across all marketing channels: digital, activation/events, PR, trade and retail. - Communicate and drive integration with Sales, Real Estate on key initiatives &amp; marketing plans. Collaborate with Regional &amp; Global teams on strategy, creative, media &amp; digital. - Develop effective and efficient media strategy, planning and buying working with external agencies and aligned with regional strategy. Conduct post-campaign analysis and evaluation. - Create reporting and analytics on demand generation performance; including dashboards, campaign metrics, and attribution across marketing campaigns/channels (webinars, email marketing, trade shows &amp; hosted events, digital advertising, social media, website, content, landing pages, etc) - Leverage data and analytics from multiple sources to inform marketing activities and investment strategies to drive conversion and accelerate sales results. - Create framework and methodology for a predictive analytic pipeline. - Own end-to-end lead funnel, including implementation, lead flow/distribution, lead follow up processes, documentation, adoption of best practices, training, and measurement. - Develop lead generation/campaign objectives, goals, and metrics, and define best practices, standards, and processes to drive successful customer acquisition and funnel conversion - Ensure consistent consumption and understanding of the data that our technology creates. For example, make sure marketing automation data is being properly collected and connected with other systems. Drive alignment in our processes for consistency and excellence in data quality. - Ensure consistent adoption of marketing operations standards and processes across all marketing and sales channels. - Take ownership of data integrity and data management initiatives, including segmentation and analysis, process workflows, data uploads and data augmentation - Implied in all aspects of the marketing operations role across measurement, technology, data, process and segmentation will be enablement of world-class integrated campaigns that are : 1) Highly localized (eg. for geo, buildings) 2) Highly personalized (eg. segmentation, nurture) 3) Frictionless (eg. conversions, hand-offs) 4) Easy to evaluate (eg. through clean data, metrics, and reporting). Loyalty &amp; Membership engagement : - Create and drive highly personalized end-to-end member journeys to drive member engagement, upsell, retention - Develop triggers indicating opportunities for upsell (eg booking multiple conference rooms, multiple offices within a space, etc) - Create and execute highly personalized loyalty programs to engage members and upsell Role Requirements : - At least 15 years of experience in marketing. - Willing to work and execute on a tactical as well as strategic level - Must be a proficient user of Salesforce and at least one marketing automation system (Pardot for Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget) - The right candidate will be a quick study and demonstrate a knack for getting things done in close collaboration with technical, creative, and business teams in a fast paced environment - Experience creating marketing reports/dashboards, utilizing strong analytical skill and attention to detail, in order to guide strategy and influence stakeholders - Must be analytical and able to derive meaning from data and present results in an actionable format - Ability to take ownership of complex projects, from ideation through implementation and beyond - Problem solver with a successful history of using a proactive, process-driven approach to managing risks and issues. - Detail-oriented and accurate; enjoys problem-solving and being challenged
