Responsibilities:
Enterprise Account Development Strategy:
- Execute enterprise market presentations, tours for enterprise clients, and deliver on marketing initiatives
- Build enterprise awareness within the local market and educate Fortune 500 on our enterprise platform
- Develop and execute 1-2 enterprise in region roadshows per quarter with account executives and enterprise leadership.
Existing Enterprise Accounts:
- Build upon existing relationships to generate new opportunities with key accounts across three Enterprise product lines - WeWork, Global Access, and Powered by We
New Accounts:
- Build 10+ new enterprise accounts per quarter
- Broker Relationship Management:
- Build enterprise awareness and develop deep relationships with broker communities within JLL, CBRE, CW, Colliers, etc
- Collaborate with Account Directors, Account Executives & leadership to ensure coordination in +WeWork marketing messages to broker communities, articulating WeWork's array of solutions
- Build broker database in Salesforce (or Unomy) enabling enterprise to cross-reference accounts and broker representation
Community:
- Liaise with account directors and executives on enterprise pipeline in the market and on specific enterprise deals
- Develop strong relationships in the market with WeWork community and regional sales team.
- Partner with WeWork RE folks to assess and source new buildings
- Weekly Summary: Create a detailed weekly status report on all business development activities
Qualification:
- 3+ years of business development, account management and sales
- Experience working with enterprise clients
- Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to network and build relationships
- Organized and detail-oriented, and driven to succeed in a high growth segment
- Experience with SalesForce will be an added advantage
