- The focus of this role is to manage Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Decision Support, Business Partnering, Budgeting, Profitability Analysis and Commercial Finance. The person will be closely working with Business & Finance team

- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of variance.

- Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports.

- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.

- Analyse complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.

- Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis.

- Production of monthly financial reports regarding trends, variances, profitability, and performance measurement.

- Implement new processes within stipulated time and improving the existing processes

- Prepare presentations for Senior Management Team.

- Summarizing action points from the various meetings / Following with up with the concerned team members in completing / achieving the task.

- To handle indents/ requirements from R&D/production / Admin departments apart from regular Production plan.

- Supporting finance function on requirement basis.

- Preparation of Purchase Orders and obtain quotations.

- Cross functional approvals for finalizing Purchase orders.

- Follow up for delivery of materials and ensure on time supplies.

- Co-ordination with accounts for on time release of payments.

- Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.

- Hoc Reporting and Analysis

- Work experience of SAP or other ERP
