The job :

- Reporting to the Global Compensation COE Leader, this position is responsible for providing compensation administrative support to the B2B sales compensation group and can also be assigned to global reward projects.

- The COE is critical in supporting the compensation needs of our global organization by helping manage the day to day administration of our Reward programs including the overall spend and effectiveness of our global programs. Key Responsibilities

- Provides administrative, technical and analytical support in the area of compensation, including, writing and updating job descriptions, evaluating jobs and determining their classification.

- Assist in conducting studies for specific functional areas; analyzes market trends; completes statistical reports and assists in the development of recommendations and action plans designed to attract, retain and reward employees.

- Gathers data and prepares survey submissions for participation in various external salary and compensation surveys.

- Assists in administration and roll-out of sales incentive plans

- Update and maintains the global compensation administration guidelines.

About you :

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 2-4 years of previous experience in compensation analysis, sales compensation administration, including technical knowledge of key compensation fundamentals.

- Experience with an automated HRIS system, preferably Workday, is preferred;

- Experience with compensation management systems, preferably Talent Reward

- Must be proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint, and have superior skills in Excel

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

- Strong attention to detail and outstanding follow-through skills
