Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing best talent to the company within set timelines.
Handling End-End Sourcing activities of the Company at Pan India level.
Expertise in planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews
Develop the Talent Acquisition strategy and execution road-map for the organisation.
Define, develop and roll-out Talent Acquisition metrics (qualitative and quantitative) and dashboards.
Ensures all HR statutory compliance are met.
Correct and timely inputs to Payroll for salary processing & Evaluating the data for Rewards and Recognition(R&R).
Create a conducive mindset in the community of potential employees.
Have strong solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverable.
Motivate Recruiting teams through regular encouraging sessions
Performance Measurement of Recruiting Teams Identifying areas of improvement in all recruiting teams and implement action plan to improve.
