WeSkill - Program Manager

About WeSkill: WeSkill is an early-stage funded EdTech startup. Founded by alums from IIMA, IITB and IITD. We are on a mission to reimagine holistic education for kids in India.

As a Program Manager, you will:

- Be a core team member and ride alongside the founders in a high-growth journey

- Work on building one of the largest supply in EdTech - driving strategy, supply acquisition & engagement and content standardization

- Work with product/tech to put up the right tools and flow in place; help build a world-class Learning Management System

- Analyze content usage trends, interests and drop-offs to determine opportunities for improvement; operationalize the right usage trends and corrections

- Define well thought out processes for day-to-day class operations, emphasizing efficiency and quick TAT.

- Adopt industry best practices and create playbooks for new initiatives/category launches

- Mentor, coach and develop operations team and lead by example

We are looking for:

- Minimum experience of 2 years in operations/marketing roles

- Strong preference for candidates who've worked for a consumer-facing product company or EdTech company

- The candidate should be action-oriented and hands-on with the approach

- Stakeholder management (such as product teams, marketing teams, and business teams) would be a key requirement for the role to help clear bottlenecks

Pay range: Competitive salary with generous ESOP pool
