As a Community Manager, you will :
- Be a core team member helping build a strong tribe-like community of K12 learners and parents on the WeSkill platform
- Develop unique strategies and build upon current strategies for the digital channels to amplify the brand, drive organic growth and increase user engagement
- Develop and maintain social media presence on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
- Work with technology, design, and content team to build viable online marketing strategies to drive user engagement
- Develop a total understanding of online target audience and mindset modes through user research
- Create and execute competitions and other user engagement events
We are looking for :
- Minimum experience of 2-3 years in marketing/growth roles
- Strong preference for candidates who've worked for a consumer-facing product company or EdTech company
- The candidate should be action-oriented and hands-on with the approach
- Stakeholder management (such as product teams, marketing teams, and business teams) would be a key requirement for the role to help clear bottlenecks
- Previous experience of brand partnerships & influencer marketing is a huge plus
