Purpose of the Role:
They play a key role in the organisation providing strategic level guidance to senior executives, organisational leaders, and directors.
The role has evolved and is now ever more critical to ensuring effective leadership and helping to drive and deliver business improvements. So, ensuring they have the required knowledge base and skillset has become increasingly important.-
The aim of this course is to equip you with the tools and knowledge to perform this responsible role effectively and efficiently. You will learn how to engage with the wider corporate aims of the organisation, ensuring you deliver against organisational goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide business support to Director's office while working as cross functional coordinator.
- Analysis of current business operations, revenue, expenses and suggest measures to improve business operation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly budget. Perform variance analysis of the budget.
- Prepare quarterly, half-yearly and yearly business overview for Management.
- Production, Sales and Stock Data collection and preparation of various reports.
- Preparation of Variance Analysis report of Budget Vs Actual performance.
- Arranging various meetings and MIS, noting of minutes, follow up on actions.
- Preparation of Financial reports based on the performance.
- Data collection, Preparation of basic MIS data and Analysis in MS Excel.
- Drive strategic initiatives from CEO's office
- Prepare Business CAPEX plan and monitor capital expenses.
- Financial Model and Viability analysis of the new capital projects.
- Assist Director in day-to-day operation.
Requirement:
- 3 to 5 years of exp as Strategic Executive Assistant to CEO/MD's preferably from consulting firm or from manufacturing industries.
- Top MBA institutes.
- Should have experience working with leadership team, make recommendations as needed; Assist CEO with special projects as needed.
- Experience of conducting research and preparing reports: Assisting with research tasks, compiling data, and preparing reports or presentations for executive-level meetings.
