Roles and Responsibilities :

Purchase/ Procurement :

- Responsible For Complete End To End Activities For Purchase Of Capital Goods.

- Making Comparisons, Having Techno-Commercial Discussions With Vendors, And Placing Orders As Per Requirements Of Project Schedule. 

- Ensuring Weekly Mis Presentation To Projects Head And Financial Controllers

- Understanding The Need Of User Department And Proceeding With Procurement As Per The Same

Coordination :

- Communicating With Vendor For Orders

- Timely

- Delivery Of Material As Per Project Schedule

- Ensuring Contract Compliance For All Govt Related Incentives, Bank Related Documentation, Import Clearance Related Documentation

- Ensuring Timely Advance Payments / Letter Of Credits Opening

- Ensuring 100% Compliance Of Purchase Function As Per Audit Guidelines

Requirements :

- Ensuring Payments To Vendors And Provision Of Forms To Vendors On Time As Per Contract Terms

Troubleshooting :

- Troubleshooting For All Equipment Breakdowns/ Spare Parts Requirements/ AMC Contracts For Machines

Vendor Development :

- Developing & Evaluating Alternative Vendors For Different Product Categories

Qualification :

- B.Tech + MBA (Full Time)
