Welspun Group - Service Delivery Manager - General Ledger/Finance & Accounts

Functional working knowledge:

- P2P - well versed with AP processing and payment in automated process i.e. host to host etc. able to handle large volume of invoice , error free AP processing, able to interact with multiple banks. MSME compliance

- AR - responsible for the collection of money with due date, aware about the DSO and other ratios, provision, deduction, chargeback.

- GL - knowledge of charts of account, trail balance, P&L, able to do the true up on regular basis.

- Trade finance - Import and export trade finance working knowledge, aware about the FEMA, RBI, custom and DGST compliance.

- Logistic - post and pre shipment documentation knowledge

- Taxation - working knowledge for DT and IDT compliance.

- Audit - able to make the schedules and notes to account, fully responsible for audit to close.

- Internal audit accountability

- Intercompany accounting and reconciliation

- Able to circulate the MIS on regular basis, strong hold on SLA and KPI's of the business.

- Reconciliation

- Variance analysis

- Other accounting and finance area understanding.

- Automation and transformation of function/activity- well versed with new technology for process automation and handle one such project. Any major achievement in accounting and finance.

- System knowledge - SAP is must, any other ERP, MS office and advance knowledge of BOT tech etc. will a plus

- Team handling - able to handle large team consisting the team leads and associates.

- Handled at least 10 people team in the organisation.

- Stakeholder management- able to interact the stakeholder on regular basis. Customer visit to different location is also required.

- Behaviour - able to present the data to management so basis communication skill (speaking, mail etc.) is required. Problem solving skill, a quick learner. Etc.

- Background - worked in ltd. Company/a large, shared services/manufacturing industries etc. having experience not less than 10-12 years.
