Welspun Group - Brand Manager

Desired Candidate details:

5 to 7 years of consumer brand marketing experience.

Should have a proven track record in brand strategy & communication, online sales, customer management and innovation. Preferably should have worked on an international consumer brand.

Should have the ability to spearhead brand activations and lead high level discussions with agencies, clients and vendors.

Education: Preferably MBA- Marketing

Should be with an eCommerce setup (Important)

Role:

Brand Development:

Should have implemented brand launch initiatives in digital space, mass media and have worked with branding and advertising agencies

Product Marketing: Should have developed & executed effective marketing strategies for product lines

Online Strategy: Deep understanding of UI/UX and digital marketing

The Brand Manager will have responsibility for key Global projects that will lead the current and future growth of the brands. Key to this will be innovation, particularly within key markets, and leading the innovation agenda by turning category insights into great product ideas. Digital will also be central to this role so the ability to lead digital development and communication with all markets is essential. Furthermore, the Brand Manager will also lead the agenda for point of sale digital initiatives for key growth markets ensuring the brand is set apart from key competitors.

For this role, we're looking for candidates with brand management experience, ideally with international experience. You will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of core brand management competencies and the ability to support the execution of a consumer driven global brand strategy. First class communication and presentation skills are key, as well as in depth digital marketing understanding.
