1. Develop and execute sales strategy for Health & Hygiene channel for India business in terms of revenues (volumes, profitability, number of customers, key accounts etc.) 2. Primary Sales Customer Development, Channel Partner Network Creation, Execution, Maintenance and Expansion Monitor the performance against the set targets, identify and drive implementation of corrective actions 3. Prepare forecasts, meet forecasts and operating efficiency, implement trade activations and promotions 4. Plan distribution networks for OTC business in potential cities across India to increase networks along with Depth &amp; width availability of Health &amp; Hygiene products 5. Evaluate profitability of all SKUs and key accounts on a periodic basis. 6. Identify issues, if any, and develop plans to meet the set profitability targets 7. Build and maintain excellent relationships with retailers &amp; Key Accounts; ensure the right frameworks of Product are deployed to provide support for customer visits/audits and ensure alignment with performance requirements. 8. Give market feedback on new product development and pricing 9. Drive the development and execution of Standard Operating Procedures across all areas (e.g. On-time delivery of performance, new customer acquisition, sustainable customer experience etc. 10. Develop appropriate metrics and procedures to measure effectiveness of the Retail channel using analytics tools to monitor performance 11. Conduct timely goal setting, monitoring, review of performance and provide feedback to team members 12. Ensure high level of engagement &amp; Talent development of team members
